Overview
Follicular unit extraction, PRP-based therapies, and targeted oral and topical solutions — personalised across single-day or staged sessions for lasting results.
The consultation
Every hair restoration begins with a trichoscopy — a high-resolution scalp examination — and a discussion of your family history and goals. We assess miniaturisation, donor density, and the realistic coverage achievable in your case. We quote in grafts, and we will not over-harvest the donor area to inflate a number. Many patients leave with a therapy plan rather than surgery, when that is the better answer.
Technique
We perform sapphire FUE for most patients, and DHI (direct hair implantation) for those requiring tighter angles or higher density. Single follicles are placed along the hairline, with two- and three-hair units behind for natural density. We cap our caseload at three to four cases a day, each with a dedicated lead surgeon and certified technicians.
The day
Most procedures are performed under local anaesthetic and are well tolerated, with patients reading or watching something throughout. A session can run several hours depending on graft numbers. We keep the room calm and comfortable, with breaks as needed, and discomfort afterwards is generally mild.
Recovery & results
Most patients need three to five nights on the island, and flying is usually fine within a couple of days. The transplanted hairs shed within a few weeks — this is normal — then regrow from around month three. Most of the final result is visible by nine to twelve months. We follow up by telehealth as the grafts settle.
