Overview

Rhinoplasty, facelift, eyelid surgery, brow and neck refinement. Every procedure is performed in our ACHSI-accredited theatres with a structure-preserving, conservative approach, for results that read as a rested version of you.

Preparing for your procedure

Tell your surgeon about any prior aesthetic treatments: laser work is fine up to three months before, but Botox should stop at least six months ahead, and dermal fillers or thread lifts near the surgical area are best avoided. Your prior medical history and current medications will also be reviewed by our clinical team before your procedure — and if needed, you may be referred to a relevant specialist for surgical clearance, all to ensure you are in the safest possible hands. For facelift, brow, and forehead procedures, incisions sit in or near the hairline, so plan for limited hair washing and styling in the early recovery period.

Recovery & aftercare

Stitches are usually removed around day seven to eight; keep incisions clean with sterile saline and apply the prescribed antibiotic ointment until then. Wear your compression garment as directed, and avoid exaggerated expressions and forceful chewing in the first week. Keep make-up and skincare away from incisions for about three weeks, and defer peels, lasers, and microneedling for three months.

Upper-lid skin and fat refinement performed under general anaesthetic for patients who prefer to be asleep.

The Procedure

Excess eyelid skin and fat are removed and, where needed, muscle is tightened. Incisions follow the natural upper-lid crease or sit just inside the lower lid to keep scars discreet.

Recovery & Aftercare

Cold compresses in the first days reduce swelling and sutures are removed around day five to seven. Most bruising settles within two to three weeks.

Augmentation rhinoplasty using a silicone dorsal implant to refine height and profile, performed under general anaesthetic.

The Procedure

Through incisions inside the nose or across the columella, bone and cartilage are reshaped to refine the nose; a deviated septum can be corrected at the same time to ease breathing.

Recovery & Aftercare

A splint supports the nose for about two weeks. Avoid blowing the nose, resting glasses on the bridge, and strenuous activity for the first weeks.

Alternatives

Non-surgical reshaping with dermal fillers can refine minor contour concerns, but cannot correct structural or breathing issues addressed by surgery.

Risks & considerations

Frequently asked

The right procedure depends on your specific concern and anatomy — whether it is the eyelids, nose, ears, lips, or overall facial and neck laxity. A consultation with our surgeon is the best starting point; we will assess your goals and recommend the most appropriate option, which may be a single procedure or a combination.
Local anaesthesia numbs only the treatment area while you remain awake and comfortable; general anaesthesia puts you into a controlled sleep. For shorter, simpler procedures such as upper or lower blepharoplasty, double eyelid surgery, neck liposuction, otoplasty, lip lift, and lobuloplasty, local anaesthesia is often sufficient and carries a faster recovery. Procedures involving more complex structural work — such as rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting or silicone implant, and combined facelift and necklift — are performed under general anaesthesia. Your surgeon and anaesthesiologist will determine the safest option for you during your pre-operative assessment.
Our approach is to achieve results that are balanced, harmonious, and consistent with your facial features — not a result that draws attention to itself. Modern techniques in facelift, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty, when performed by an experienced specialist, should leave others noticing that you look refreshed or rested, rather than operated upon.
Recovery varies by procedure. As a general guide: blepharoplasty and double eyelid surgery typically allow a return to normal activities within 7–14 days; rhinoplasty swelling improves significantly within 2–4 weeks, though full refinement takes up to 12 months; facelift and necklift patients are generally presentable within 2–3 weeks, with residual swelling settling over 2–3 months; lip lift and lobuloplasty have among the shortest recoveries, often within 1–2 weeks; otoplasty requires a protective headband for several weeks, though downtime is minimal.
Yes. As a general guide, Botox should be stopped at least six months before surgery, and dermal fillers or thread lifts near the surgical area are best avoided entirely prior to the procedure. Laser treatments are generally acceptable up to three months before surgery. Please disclose all prior aesthetic treatments during your consultation so your surgeon can advise you specifically.
Yes. Both upper and lower blepharoplasty, as well as double eyelid surgery, can be performed comfortably under local anaesthesia for most patients. You will be awake but will not feel pain; some patients find this preferable as it allows for a faster discharge and avoids the effects of general anaesthesia. Your surgeon will discuss which option suits you best based on your anatomy, anxiety level, and whether any other procedures are being combined.
For rhinoplasty, a nasal splint is typically worn for 7–10 days. Following neck liposuction or necklift, a compression garment around the chin and neck is recommended for 2–4 weeks. After otoplasty, a protective headband is worn continuously for the first 2 weeks, then at night for a further 4 weeks. Your surgeon will provide specific instructions tailored to your procedure.
All surgery produces some degree of scarring, but our techniques are designed to minimise visibility. Blepharoplasty scars are placed in the natural eyelid crease and are generally imperceptible once healed. Facelift and necklift incisions are placed within the hairline and around the ear. Lip lift scars are positioned at the base of the nose. Lobuloplasty scars sit within the natural contour of the earlobe. With proper wound care, most scars become difficult to detect within a few months.
Yes, in many cases procedures can be safely combined — for example, facelift with necklift, forehead lift with eyelid surgery, or facelift with neck lift and blepharoplasty for facial rejuvenation. Combining procedures reduces overall recovery time and anaesthetic exposure compared to staging them separately. However, the appropriateness of combination surgery depends on your overall health, the expected duration of surgery, and your surgeon's assessment. This will be discussed in detail during your consultation.
A lip lift is a short surgical procedure that removes a small amount of skin beneath the nose to shorten the distance between the nose and the upper lip, increasing the visibility of the upper teeth and adding subtle fullness to the lip. It does not affect the function of the mouth or the natural appearance of your smile — when performed correctly, it simply restores a more youthful proportion to the lower face.
